He was predeceased by: his wife Utis Sumrall Moulder. He is survived by: his children, Randy Moulder of Mobile, AL, Mark Moulder of Covington, LA, Charlie Hemby of Purvis, MS and Susan H. Bryant of Purvis, MS; and his significant other Jean Lenz. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren.
