He is survived by: his wife Sue Franks of McLaurin, MS; his children, Charles Franks, Jr. of McLaurin, MS and Vicky Franks (Charles Rodgers) of McLaurin, MS; and his siblings, Barbara Smith of Gautier, MS and Ernest Franks of Gautier, MS. He is also survived by one grandchild and two great-grandchildren.
