He was predeceased by: his mother Karen Eileen Bartee; and his grandparents, Willie "Shorty", Mary Lois Crosby and Josephine Lucas. He is survived by: his father Roger Bartee of Petal; his wife Rena Tidwell of Hattiesburg; his sons, Jesse Bartee (Jessica) of Hattiesburg and Devin Townsend of Hattiesburg; his siblings, James V. Garner (Tina) of Hattiesburg, Rhonda Edwards (Paul Cochran) of Petal and Roger Darrell Bartee, Jr. (Molly) of Petal; and his stepsons, Brent Odom (Summer Sly) of Hattiesburg and Randall Duhon (Carly) of Laurel. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
