He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles C. Price and Mary Ellen Price; and his brothers, Luther Gerald "Jerry" Price and James Earl Price. He is survived by: his wife Doris Cunningham Price of Hattiesburg; his children, Charles Carlton Price, Jr. (Emma) of Round Rock, TX, Peggy Price of Austin, TX, Mary Shore (Troy) of Leander, TX and Stephen Price (Keri) of Thompson's Station, TN; his sister Sue Ellen Carter (Scott) of Flora, MS; and his grandchildren, Jackson Shore, Kendall Shore, Karla Price, Charles Carlton "Trey" Price, III and Ava Price. He is also survived by four children.
Due to COVID-19 limitations, a private graveside service for immediate family will be held at Highland Cemetery in Hattiesburg.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation, or the American Lung Association.
