He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Alexis and Victoria Alexis; and his siblings, Harold J. Alexis, Loralee Henry and Albert Alexis, Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Alexis; his son Jason Alexis; and his grandchildren, Emily Alexis and Mitchell Alexis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
