He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Patrick; his children, Jeff Patrick and Alese Hairston (Fred); his sister Leah Parker of Purvis, MS; and his grandchildren, Will Simon, Reed Simon and Tate Simon. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
