He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gheorghiu and Anna Gheorghiu; and his brother Mike Gheorghiu. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Gheorghiu of Hattiesburg, MS; his siblings, Marie Barton (JB) of Russellville, AR and Steve Gheorghiu (Melissa) of Newcomerstown, OH.; his son Brandon Gheorghiu (Lisa) of Nesbit, MS; his stepdaughters, Dawn Hutchinson of Hattiesburg, MS and Audrey Cox (Bryant) of Hattiesburg, MS.; his grandchildren, Cody Gheorghiu (Lauren), Shelby Brunson (Chris), Matt Floyd (Liz), Nicolas Scucchi and Tyler Cox; and his great grandchildren, Carley, John Luke Gheorghiu, Eleanor and Eli Floyd. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
