He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Edwin Evans Sr. and Lillian Rcketson Evans; his siblings, Robert Edwin Jr., Kenneth Ray Evans and Shelia Faye Welch; and his niece Brianna Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Georgia Evans; and his children, Wayne Montgomery (Tamela) of Petal, MS, Bobby Joe Evans (Samantha) of Oak Grove, MS, Darlene Riggan (Sam) of Nashville, TN and Melissa Toto (Horacio) of Memphis, TN. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
