We are sad to announce that on October 19, 2019, Betty Myers Garraway (Hattiesburg, Mississippi) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Holt Myers and Thelma Myers; her sister Miriam Myers; and her daughter Susan Victoria Garraway. She is survived by: her son Hugh Pearce Garraway, III (Jo); her grandchildren, David Garraway (Michelle) of Starkville, Mississippi, Drew Garraway of Winter Park, Florida and Holt Coltharp (Jennifer) of Nashville; and her sister Thelma Fryant (Sis) of Brandon, Mississippi. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Fisher Center of Alzheimer's Research Foundation, 110 East 42nd Street, 16th floor, New York, NY 10017 or by calling 1-800-259-4636.
