She was predeceased by: her father Hurston Nash; her son Jon Wells; her stepfather Charles Tate; and her brother Robert Nash. She is survived by: her husband Hershell Wells; her sons, Jace Wells (Rebekah) and Nikkyle Wells (Ashley); her sister Carolyn Nash Farmer; her grandchildren, Anna Claire and Jon Wells; her nieces and nephews, Erica Clark, Deni Carroll, Vicki Williams, Leah King, Shannon Nichols and Keith Nichols; and her caregiver Charlotte Ritter.
