It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Irvin of Hatley, Mississippi, born in Sulligent, Alabama, who passed away on June 16, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Angela Niccole Irvin Feaker; and his siblings, Ernest Irvin, E. G. Irvin, Joe Irvin, Fleeter Irvin Taylor, Dorothy Irvin Puckett, Berthalou Irvin Moore, Rose Marie and Stephanie Feaker.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Duncan; his children, David Irvin (Sheila) of Gattman and Beverly Means (Ron) of Henderson, TN; his siblings-in-law, Hazel Irvin Jones and Bobby Feaker; his grandchildren, Robbie Smith, Mary Elizabeth Means Kilpatrick (Neal), Ronald Means (Jessica), Matthew Irvin and Jacob Feaker (Madison); his great grandchildren, Tatum, Tillie and Isobel Kilpatrick; and his grandchild Layton Means.
