He was predeceased by: his wife Rebecca Gallagher Lewis; his parents, Clyde Daniel Lewis and Marget Elizabeth Whatley Lewis; and his siblings, Clyde "Danny" Lewis, Jr., Johnnie G. "Little Clyde" Lewis, Don A. Lewis, Preston Keith Lewis, Ida Mae Little and Delba L. Lewis.
He is survived by: his children, Danny Lewis (Lisa) of Harrisville, MS, Jason Lewis (Bridget) of Harrisville, MS and Beth Willis (Kevin) of Tallahassee, FL; and his grandchildren, Reagan Grace Lewis, Bradley Lewis, Rebecca Lewis, Kayla Lewis (Tyler), Aaron Reeves, Ethan Chambers, Mary Elise Mazzaferro and Kiera Mazzaferro. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Harrisville Baptist Church (1558 Simpson Hwy 469, Harrisville, MS 39082). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at the Harrisville Cemetery (1513 MS-469, Harrisville, MS 39082).
