He was predeceased by: his wife Mildred Neely; his son Joe Neely; his granddaughter Kelli Crawford; and his parents, Tally Neely and Clifford Keen Neely.
He is survived by: his daughter Barbara Neely Beasley (Robert); and his daughter-in-law Cheryl Neely. He is also survived by five grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
