He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Mullins; his children, Donald Mullins, Stephaine Hemn (Scott Hemn), Mary Ellen Shramek (Tobi Shramek) and Brittany Mullins; and his brothers, Jimmy Mullins and Jerry Mullins. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three sisters.
