He was predeceased by: his brothers, Jimmie Lee Howell and John Howell. He is survived by: his wife Maudie Lee Feathers Howell; his children, Edell Bennett (Victor), Betty Taylor (Barney), Chester Lee, Eddie Howell (Wanda) and Belden Howell (Kay); and his siblings, Vernell Gandy of Peoria, IL and Joe Howell of Washington, IL. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
