He was predeceased by: his son Bobby Motes. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Motes; his children, Bennie Motes (Gladys) of Greenwood Springs and Sandra Motes of Pontotoc, MS; his daughter-in-law Diane Motes; and also, Angie, Denise and Brandy. He is also survived by six grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren.
