He is survived by: his wife Joyce Brock Bell of Hamilton; his children, Carisa Harris (Matt) of Fulton and Justin Bell of Hamilton; his brother James Bell (Sue) of Aberdeen; and his grandchildren, Chloe, Cheyenne, Belle, Taylor, Reagan, Matthew, Luke and Timothy.
