It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Phelps of Guntown, Mississippi, who passed away on July 16, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Luther Wayne Phelps; her parents, Dolmer White and Ludie White; and her siblings, Bobby White and Faye White.
She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Busby (Larry) of Northport, AL; her sister Brenda Mills of Tupelo; her grandson Jonathon Hall of Starkville; and her great grandchild Kate Hall of Starkville. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
