With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peggy Malone Rakestraw of Guntown, Mississippi, who passed away on January 23, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby Rakestraw; her mother Lucille Smith; her siblings, Malone and JoAnn Vinson; and her son Bud Fowler.
She is survived by: her children, Marty Fowler of Guntown, Rick Fowler of Guntown, Robert Rakestraw of Guntown, Allison Parker of Guntown and Becky Winters (George) of Guntown; her grandchildren, Cody Parker, Zack Fowler, Jodi Copeland, Autumn Neil and Gabe Winters; and her close friend Melissa Floyd. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; (1) great-great-grandchildren.
