He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Cochran and Eva Phillips Cochran; his brother Billy Cochran; and his son Chuck Cochran. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Woodruff Cochran of Guntown; his children, Gina K. Niblett of Guntown and Daniel Shane Cochran of Guntown; his brother David Phillip Cochran (Linda) of Beech Springs; his grandchildren, Jasmine Niblett (Ariel Phillips), Alisha Blake Stewart (Gary), Ashley Hall (Cason), Bentley Cochran, Hunter Cochran (Kylee) and Jackson Cochran; and his great grandchildren, Zoey Manley, Ashton Hall, Chase Hall, Zaelynn Stewart, Kingston Cochran and Blake Cochran.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Waters Funeral Home (309 N 2nd St, Baldwyn, MS 38824). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
