He is survived by: his mother Ozema Cortez Pearson Russell of Rosedale, MS; his wife Anita Stubbs Russell of Hernando, MS; his daughters, Ashley Vest (Carl) of Fayetteville, AR. and Miranda Jones (Nick) of Hernando, MS; his grandchildren, Dawson, Alyson, Carson, Jackson and Madison; and his brother Jimmie Russell (Janicee) of Gunnison, MS..
