She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Paul Curry, Earl L. and Gladys Parker, Sr.; her great-grandparents, Woodrow and Alice Breland; her uncles, Eugene Breland and Kayce Jenkins; and her brother Choncey Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Isaiah Alexzander Williams of Bradenton, FL, Emma Hayden of Bend, OR and Zariah Nieves of Bradenton, FL; her parents, Paul Westbrook and Tina Huber (Rodney); her siblings, Shiree Ramirez (Miguel) of Gulfport, Randyll Westbrook of Gulfport, Summer Impey (Jason), Christine Poston of New Orleans, Salena Smith of Hattiesburg, Dakota Westbrook and Shadow Smith of Hattiesburg; and her grandchildren, Blessyn Williams and Isaiah Williams, Jr. of Bradenton, FL.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Rachel will continue to impact the lives around her through the selfless living organ donation she made on February 28, 2024. Rachel was able to donate her heart and other vital organs that will give someone else the opportunity of a healthy life.
