Perley is survived by: husband Kinsey; daughter Kaycee Zarske (Kirk); siblings, Edgie "Rebekah" Holston and Harold Dean Tynes; and grandchildren, Kinsey Williamson (James), Michael Zarske and William Zarske. Perley is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
