With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul Haskel Bullard of Gulfport, Mississippi, who passed away on February 11, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bullard and Gordya Bullard; and his siblings, Ira Bullard, Syble Franklin and Kay Tookey.
He is survived by: his wife Isabel O'Connor Bullard; his children, Steve Bullard (Gayle), Drew Bullard (Susan) and Jan Bullard-Khalifeh; his grandchildren, Kelley Lane (Dana), Ashley Ancona (Frank) and Sheena Khalifeh; and his great grandchildren, Isabella Kamins, Juliette Kamins, Frankie Ancona, Nico Ancona, Carli Khalifeh, Sofia Khalifeh and Analyse Khalifeh. He is also survived by many nieces and nephew.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. James Catholic Church (366 Cowan Rd, Gulfport, MS 39507). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Biloxi National Cemetery (400 Veterans Ave, Biloxi, MS 39531).
