He is survived by: his wife Florine Palmer; his children, Matthew Horton (Janice), Owen Palmer, Jr., Willie Louis Palmer, Derrel Palmer (Cynthia) and Brenda Williams (Jerry); and his siblings, Susie Mae Brown, Linda Davis (Calvin) and John Palmer (Ann). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
