With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mauretta Leslie Carter of Gulfport, Mississippi, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 21, 2025 at the age of 66. She was predeceased by: her parents, Margarita Josephine Belcher and Dayton David Price; and her brother James Paul Price. She is survived by: her husband Keith Roger Carter; her children, Cody Joseph Carter (Erica), Connor James Carter and JoAnna Marissa Carter; her grandson Creedence Mitchel Carter; her sisters, Marea L. Morris (Kevin) and Melissa "Misha" Price-Ward (Earnest); her sister-in-law Barbara Lynn Price (Barb); her nephew Christian James Price; her great-nephew Ezra Price; her nephew Evan Tomas Price-Ward; and her niece Gwyneth Price-Ward.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Riemann Family Funeral Home - Gulfport (11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport, MS 39503).
