He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Barlow and Lois Barlow; and his grandparents, Iris, Albert Barlow, Della Carlisle, Vivian Carlisle and Denon Carlisle.
He is survived by: his daughter Katy Barlow; his wife Juanita Barlow; his daughter Em Ferguson; his brothers, Bruce Barlow (Carol) of Plano, TX, Marvin Barlow (Nelda), Don Barlow (Lan) and Dale Barlow (Karen); and his sisters-in-law, Kathleen Pendell (David Sr.), Teresa J. Welch of McComb, MS, Judith "Judy" Bass (Allen) and Jacqueline "Jackie" Watts (Rickey). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; various cousins.
