He is survived by: his close friend Karen Newsome; his daughters, Ryan, ReRe and Cheyenne Shoemaker; his grandchildren, Jonathan Shoemaker, Hannah Shoemaker, Brandon Glass Jr., Dylan Glass and Ashton Glass; and his siblings, James "Pete" Shoemaker, Dorothy Fayard, Shirley Barnes, Carol Dew, Patricia Parker and Jenny Lockridge. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
