He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Pace and Lecian Rogers Pace; his wife Patricia Lockhart; his children, Juanita, Karen, Kimberly Pace, Terri Barna (Sean) and Jonathan Pace, Jr. (Anissa); and his grandchildren, Justin Barna (Karla), Brandon Barna, Kennedy Pace, Jonathan Pace III, Jasen Pace and Jacob Pace.
He is survived by: his great grandchildren, Luka Barna and Mila Barna. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Morning Star Bapitst Church (2050 Thornton Ave, Gulfport, MS 39501). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Biloxi National Cemetery (400 Veterans Ave, Biloxi, MS 39530).
