She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph R. P. Eck; her parents, Carl F. McDonald and Grace Cure McDonald; and her sister Carol Whitehead. She is survived by: her children, Julie Morris and John Eck (Connie); her sister May Parnow; and her grandchildren, Braxton Bowling, Jesse Morris, John Eck, Jr. and Devin Eck.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Riemann Family Funeral Home - Gulfport (11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport, MS 39503). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 12:45 PM at the Biloxi National Cemetery (400 Veterans Ave, Biloxi, MS 39531).
