He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lewis and Mildred Lewis; his son Gerald David Lewis; and his brother Milton Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Eveora Lewis; his children, Dr. Wesley Lewis and Olya Lewis; his daughter-in-law Julie Lewis Simpson; and his sister-in-law Billie Lewis. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
