He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva Josephine Ely Hill and Robert Russell Hill Sr.; his siblings, Laurel Hill Morgan, Robert Jr., Thomas and George; and his wife Barbara.
He is survived by: his sons, Ronald A. Hill (Shelley), David M. Hill (Peggy) and Steven T. Hill (Carrie); his grandchildren, Sara Fleming (Paul), Laura Everhart (Nick), Ashley Hill Kersh, Eric Hill, Cierra Hill, McKenzie Hill, Genevieve Noel (David) and Grayson Hill; and the mother of his children Carol Hill. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
