It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Rutland of Gulfport, Mississippi, who passed away on February 18, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leff Rutland and Molly Speed Rutland; and his siblings, John, Lawrence, Jerry Rutland and Ann Helm.
He is survived by: his children, Larissa Nordstrom and Charles Rutland (Natasha); his grandchildren, Jonathan Rutland (Shannon), Deven Rutland and Samantha Rutland; his great grandchild Zoe Rutland; and his siblings, A. B. Rutland (Eileen), Gloria Sue Allen and Linda Ladner (James).
