It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Helen La Fontaine (Gulfport, Mississippi), who passed away on November 27, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard "Bully" Bond and Katie Belle Bosarge Bond; her husband Robert J. "Dick" La Fontaine, Sr.; her son Robert J. "Bobby" La Fontaine, Jr.; her grandson Robert Alton McDaniel; and her great grandchild John Robert Street.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Robinson (Mike), Linda Pucheu and Karen Farner (Mac); her daughter-in-law Carolyn La Fontaine; her grandchildren, Sherry Pucheu, Cheryl Akins, Joe Robinson, Jeff La Fontaine, Lee Farner, Christy Thompson, Tim McDaniel, Chad Akins and Tanya Akins; and her pet Daisy. She is also survived by her 12 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to First Baptist Church of Lyman.
