She was predeceased by: her mother Goldie Mae Scarbrough (Dobson); her husband Jack Biggs; her father James Scarbrough; and her siblings, John, Gary, Charles Scarbrough and Sharon Robinson.
She is survived by: her children, Amanda Smith (Joshua) and Michael Biggs; her sister Hazel Edge; and her grandchildren, Bloss Smith, Ariel, Cody McDaniel, Amelia Codington and Blakelyn Howell.
