She is survived by: her children, Linda Faye Thomas (Douglas) and John Thomas Jones III (Shari); her grandchildren, Thomas Allen Jones (Makayla) and Kayleigh Lynn Jones; her great grandchildren, Stephanie Lyn Freeman, Kyros Vincent Ervin and Kyra Michelle Irvin; and her sister Nell Ruth McCoy Helms.
