She was predeceased by: her mother Alvah T. Stewart Sr. of Gulfport, MS; and her siblings, Celia Frances Waterbury (Stewart), Alvah T. Stewart Jr. of Gulfport and William L. Stewart of Gulfport. She is survived by: her sons, John Kitch (Pamela) of Gulfport, James Kitch (Susan) of Gulfport and Jeffery Kitch (Shelle) of Abita Springs, LA; her grandchildren, Brittany Garrett (Dustin) of Gulfport, Lauren Anderson (Chris) of Purvis, MS, Kelsey Ferguson (Ian) of New Orleans, LA, Jamie Kariean (Jordan) of Mandeville, LA, Alex Kitch (Kelsie) of Abita Springs, LA, Erinn Dominguez (Zach) of Macon, GA and Amanda Kitch (Santiago) of Baton Rouge, LA; and her great grandchildren, Vada, Camille, Caroline Kariean, Leo, Miles Ferguson, Cecelia, Emmie Dominguez and Aliza Anderson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Riemann Family Funeral Home - Gulfport (11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport, MS 39503). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 3:15 PM at the Coalville Cemetery (12584 Lorraine Rd, Biloxi, MS 39532).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to First Presbyterian Church of Gulfport or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
