He is survived by: his children, Christopher Lance "CJ" Hollis Jr., Cole Anthoney Hollis, Nicholas Charles Moore and Madison Raine Moore; his sister Ambuyre Hollis (Matthew Nutter); his niece Abbigail Sarah-Ann Nutter; his nephew Edwin Sebastian Nutter; his cousin Donald Clark (Victoria Riley); his aunts and uncles, Rebecca, Rusty Ruspoli, Chester, Andrea Bilbo and Rose Clark; and also, Karrie Loften and Sasha Clark.
