She was predeceased by: her husband Wilson L. "Gaylord" Evans; her mother Eugenia Haley Jones; her stepfather Edward Curtis Jones Sr.; her father Bennie Patton; her sister Audrey Freeman; her aunts, Velma Sharkey, Alma Brown, Thora Haley and Mary Wallace; and her cousins, Luther McCants and Ben Sharkey.
She is survived by: her sibling Oaks Nightclub; her daughters, Angella Quince (Mitch) of Gulfport, MS, Tracy Hinton of Gulfport, MS, Elena Fairley (John) of Gulfport, MS and Gayla Evans (Howard Jordan) of Gulfport, MS; her siblings, Thora Owens (Jerald), Martha Jones, Irene Cecelia Jones, Sylvia Gibson, Anna Lombard (Corey), Edward Curtis Jones, Jr. of Gulfport, MS, Robert "Bobby" Jones, Sr. (Allena) of Gulfport, MS and Steven "Stevie" Jones of Gulfport, MS; her grandchildren, Mitchell Quince, Brianna McNair, Ashyra McNair, Maria Stewart, Anthony Jordan and Jayceon Fairley; and her sister-in-law Gloria Evans. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
