He is survived by: his wife Ann Felsher Moniot; his children, Charles Edwin Moniot of Biloxi and Leigh Yarborough (Chuck) of Columbus, MS; and his sister Maureen Moniot of Biloxi. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
