He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Martin and Mary Alice Thomas; his sister Melvinia Thomas; and his nephew Andre L. Thomas (Tinisha). He is survived by: his wife Tara J. Thomas; his daughters, Amber Nicole Thomas (Darius Norwood) and Autumn Namari Thomas; his nephew U. S. Navy; his sister-in-law Tinisha Thomas; his niece Janee Thomas; his mother-in-law Jacquelyn Wells Johnson; his siblings-in-law, Shana Naquai Johnson and Phillip Johnson III; and his nephew Jalen William Willis.
