He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Seymour and Melanie Seymour Bass; his siblings, Glenn "Randy" Seymour, Melanie Carmon and Kathy Herbert; and also Melanie Bass.

He is survived by: his wife Iris Ann Seymour; and his children, Sandi Necaise (Eric), Angie Bentz and Bobby Seymour II (Kelsy). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
