She was predeceased by: her parents, A. W. Burton and Willie Burton; her brother Arvin Burton; and her nephew Vaughn Jones. She is survived by: her husband Jon Toombs; her daughters, Teresa Johnson and LeAnne Womble-Reilly; her grandchildren, Taylor Warden, Jovi Womble and Lennon Womble; her sons-in-law, Buddy Johnson and Sean Reilly; her grandson-in-law Brandon Warden; her sister Sherry LeBlanc; and her nephews, Shawn Jones and Alan Jones.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the New Hope Baptist Church (17430 Landon Rd, Gulfport, MS 39503). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM and on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM. A procession will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:30 PM at the Riemann Family Funeral Home (11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport, MS 39503). A committal service will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Biloxi National Cemetery (11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport, MS 39503).
