She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladys Scott and Arnold Scott; her husband Lawrence "Burlan" Stewart; her children, Mary Anne Stewart, Lawrence Christopher Stewart (Chris) and Timothy Lavelle Stewart; and her siblings, Jessie Scott, Lavelle Scott, Olette Stringer, Nell Alvarez, Myra Menzale, Shirley McVay, Sarah Paul and Lela Bankston.
She is survived by: her sons, Harold Douglas Stewart (Doug) and Anthony Michael Stewart; and her brother Gary Scott. She is also survived by six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
