She is survived by: her husband Robert B. Cook, Sr.; her son Luke Barnett (Jennifer); her adoptive sons, Tremayne Barnett and Ashton Barnett; her daughter Cheryl Wells (Terence); her sister Grace Martin (Theodore); her grandchildren, Richard, Jamee Barnett, Jared, Amber, Julien Cook, Natasha Testo and Tyra Carter; and her godchildren, Keith Dunlap and Karen Jackson. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; great-great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
