It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Willie Mae Brannon Smith (Grenada, Mississippi), who passed away on April 26, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy William and Cornelia Vance Heath; her husbands, George Brannon and Hention Smith; her siblings, Grace Collins, Sue Helen Heath, Guy Heath, Jr. and John W. Heath; and her grandson Derrick Hodges.

She is survived by: her children, Brenda Thomas of Southaven, Liz Trotter of Brighton, TN, Mae White of Oxford, Doris Hodges of Grenada and David Brannon of Scobey; and her siblings, Mary Ann Mays of Grenada, Shelby Caffey of Grenada, Dorothy Clark of Holcomb, Edna McMahan of Grenada and Bobby Heath of Grenada. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

We understand this is a fluid and serious situation that we are in today and we are monitoring and evaluating developments of the Corona Virus (COVID-19) on a daily basis.

Memorials may be directed to Wayside Baptist Church.
