It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Weston Hampton Birdsong Jr. (Grenada, Mississippi), born in Lambert, Mississippi, who passed away on May 23, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, W. H., Sr. Birdsong and Eva Lawrence Birdsong; his wife Sadie Morgan Birdsong; his grandson Franklin Hood; and his sisters, Estelle McCullar Davis and Wilma Sanders.
He is survived by: his daughter Beth Birdsong Hood of Mobile, AL; his grandson Wes Hood of Arlington, TN; and his sister Inez Whitten of Olive Branch. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
