He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Parker and Margaret Williams Stoker. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Daniel Stoker; his sons, David Johnson and Allen Stoker; and his sister Jeanette Smith. He is also survived by six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two nieces.
