“I grew up I Oakland, MS and attended Walker H.S. with V.O. Watson. We called him V.O. I knew him quite well. V.O. was a good friend and classmate. While attending Walker High he was a good student and fun person to be around. He played basketball and was a very good point guard. I spent the night at the Watson home while I was a student and got a chance to meet V.O.'s family. In recent years I became reacquainted. I visited him at his Grenada home. RIH V.O. Morse L.
