He is survived by: his wife Linda Whitehurst; his children, Amy Killebrew (Casey) and Chris Whitehurst (Shea); his brother Jerry Whitehurst (Shirley); his grandchildren, Bryce Stegall, Jaidyn Laird, Kallen Laird and Addison Moore (Allyson); and his great grandchildren, Avery and Carter.
